What You'll Need

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 small clove garlic
2 tsp sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
3 tbsp chopped fresh Thai basil

What To Do

Add peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, hot sauce and ginger to tall blending cup of Bella Rocket Blender. Twist cup onto base, push down and pulse until smooth. Remove cap from base and stir in chopped basil.

• Substitute cilantro for Thai basil if desired.
• Use crunchy peanut butter for chunky peanut sauce.
