Avocado, Red Onion on Toasted Rye
What You'll Need
- 4 slices Jewish Rye bread, lightly toasted
- 4 to 6 thin slices red onion
- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and sliced
- Dash of olive oil
- Dash of red wine vinegar
- Flaked salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
What To Do
- On two of the bread slices, layer the onion and avocado slices.
- Drizzle the sandwiches with the oil and vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the remaining slices.
