Blackberry Spinach Smoothie
What You'll Need
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 3 ice cubes
What To Do
- Place the flaxseed in the small tumbler.
- Fasten the grinding blade to the tumbler and grind the seeds until powder.
- Add the blackberries, spinach, coconut water, ice and flaxseed powder to the large tumbler.
- Fasten the blending (cross) blade attachment to the tumbler and blend until smooth.
