What You'll Need
  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 3 ice cubes
What To Do
  1. Place the flaxseed in the small tumbler.
  2. Fasten the grinding blade to the tumbler and grind the seeds until powder.
  3. Add the blackberries, spinach, coconut water, ice and flaxseed powder to the large tumbler.
  4. Fasten the blending (cross) blade attachment to the tumbler and blend until smooth.
