What You'll Need
  • 5 cups water
  • 7 oz white polenta (or yellow polenta if white is not available)
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper
  • Nutmeg
What To Do
  1. Place water and butter into your BELLA skillet
  2. Bring to a slow boil
  3. Add in the polenta and mix well using a whisk
  4. Lower the heat and continue to cook for a further 15-20 minutes
  5. Stir every few minutes to keep it from sticking
  6. Cook until polenta is soft and has lost its grittiness
  7. Finish with Parmesan and seasonings before serving
