What You'll Need
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
What To Do

Heat butter in small saucepan set over medium-high heat until melted.

Meanwhile, combine egg yolks, vinegar, parsley, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper in tall blending cup of Bella Rocket Blender. Twist cup onto base, push down and pulse until smooth. Add hot butter and pulse again until smooth and thick.

Tip: Serve sauce over grilled steak if desired.
