What You'll Need
- 12 ounces of fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 tbsp of orange zest
- Juice from 1 large orange
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
What To Do
- Put all ingredients into your BELLA pressure cooker
- Pressure cook for 5 minutes
- Carefully release steam and remove lid
- SAUTE for 2 or 3 minutes while stirring to break up the berries
