What You'll Need
  • 12 ounces of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 tbsp of orange zest
  • Juice from 1 large orange
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
What To Do
  1. Put all ingredients into your BELLA pressure cooker
  2. Pressure cook for 5 minutes
  3. Carefully release steam and remove lid
  4. SAUTE for 2 or 3 minutes while stirring to break up the berries
