Fresh Green Juice
3 celery ribs, chopped into chunks
1 (1 – 1/2 inch) knob of fresh ginger, peeled, chunked
1 large Granny Smith apple, cored, stem removed
1 handful fresh spinach
1 handful fresh Italian flat leaf parsley
2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lime juice
1. Layer the spinach and parsley with the apples and celery.
2. Add fresh squeezed lime juice to the glass of juice.
