What You'll Need
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, stems removed and cut up
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 small cucumber, peeled and cut up
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 ounces Vodka, ice cold (optional)
- red pepper flakes
What To Do
- Add the tomatoes, celery, cucumber, and ice to the large tumbler.
- Fasten the blending (cross blade) attachment to the tumbler and blend until chunky or smooth.
- Serve the Gazpacho in two chilled glasses.
- Pour the vodka over each serving and garnish with the red pepper flakes.
