What You'll Need
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, stems removed and cut up
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 small cucumber, peeled and cut up
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 ounces Vodka, ice cold (optional)
  • red pepper flakes
What To Do
  1. Add the tomatoes, celery, cucumber, and ice to the large tumbler.
  2. Fasten the blending (cross blade) attachment to the tumbler and blend until chunky or smooth.
  3. Serve the Gazpacho in two chilled glasses.
  4. Pour the vodka over each serving and garnish with the red pepper flakes.
