General Tso’s Wife’s Air Fried Cauliflower
1/2 head (2 cups) cauliflower
1 tablespoons canola oil
2 to 3 seeded and stemmed dried red chilies
1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoons water, or more as needed
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, grated
toasted sesame seeds
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Trim cauliflower into flowerets and toss into the bowl. Add chilies. Coat the flowerets well and add to the Air Fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12 to 14 minutes at 360ºF, shake halfway.
