What You'll Need
  • 2 oz gin
  • 3 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1 can tonic water
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary
What To Do
  1. Heat up 1 cup of water in the BELLA 1 quart stainless steel saucepan and add 1 cup of sugar and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Heat until the sugar is dissolved. Once dissolved, remove from heat and allow the syrup to infuse until completely cooled.
  2. To make the cocktail, add 2 oz of gin, 3 oz ruby red grapefruit juice, 1.5 ounces of the infused syrup, and a generous amount of ice. Shake well.
  3. Pour mixture into two glasses with ice and top with tonic water. Garnish each drink with frozen grapefruit wedges and one spring of rosemary.
