Grapefruit and Rosemary Gin Tonic
What You'll Need
- 2 oz gin
- 3 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 can tonic water
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
What To Do
- Heat up 1 cup of water in the BELLA 1 quart stainless steel saucepan and add 1 cup of sugar and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Heat until the sugar is dissolved. Once dissolved, remove from heat and allow the syrup to infuse until completely cooled.
- To make the cocktail, add 2 oz of gin, 3 oz ruby red grapefruit juice, 1.5 ounces of the infused syrup, and a generous amount of ice. Shake well.
- Pour mixture into two glasses with ice and top with tonic water. Garnish each drink with frozen grapefruit wedges and one spring of rosemary.
