Green Chia Smoothie
What You'll Need
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 ounces fresh pineapple chucks
- 1/4 cup firmly packed fresh kale leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut water
What To Do
- Place the Chia seeds in the small tumbler.
- Add the grinding blade and grind until powder.
- Add the banana, pineapple, kale, coconut water and the Chia powder to the tumbler.
- Fasten the blending (cross) blade to the tumbler and blend until smooth.
