What You'll Need
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 ounces fresh pineapple chucks
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed fresh kale leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
What To Do
  1. Place the Chia seeds in the small tumbler.
  2. Add the grinding blade and grind until powder.
  3. Add the banana, pineapple, kale, coconut water and the Chia powder to the tumbler.
  4. Fasten the blending (cross) blade to the tumbler and blend until smooth.
