Grilled Asparagus with Prosciutto and Parmesan


What You'll Need

12 spears of thick asparagus, bottoms trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt flakes
8 thin slices of prosciutto
¼ cup shaved parmesan
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ bunch fresh basil leaves
1 lemon, cut into wedges

What To Do

1. Preheat the BELLA Smokeless Grill to 380°F.
2. Brush each asparagus spear with a little olive oil and season with salt flakes. Place directly onto the hot grill, allowing 2–3 minutes to cook on either side.
3. Once all of the asparagus has been grilled and lightly charred, place onto a serving platter and top with shaved prosciutto, parmesan, fresh basil leaves, extra virgin olive and lemon wedges.
