What You'll Need
  • 2 large tomatoes or 4-6 plum tomatoes
  • 1 medium white onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper
  • Juice from 1/2 fresh lime or lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped cilantro
What To Do
  1. Combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and lime juice in the large blending tumbler.
  2. Pulse until mostly smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with the cilantro.
