Honey Ginger Tea
What You'll Need
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into coins
- 3 Tablespoons honey or to taste
What To Do
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Pour into separate teapot.
- Add ginger and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Pour the water into the teapot, over the chai mixture and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Add honey to taste.
