Low Fat “Mock-a-Mole”
What You'll Need
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
- 1 cup cooked green peas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 4 squeezes of Skinnygirl Stevia Liquid Sweetener
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
What To Do
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large tumbler.
- Fasten then blending (cross) blade to tumbler and blend.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips, whole grain crackers, and raw vegetables.
