What You'll Need
  • 1 1/2 cups steel-cut oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 cup diced or frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
What To Do
  1. Mix together oats, milk, water, peaches, brown sugar, honey cinnamon and salt into the BELLA pressure cooker
  2. Cover and lock lid into position
  3. Cook on RISOTTO/STEAM for 10 minutes
  4. Use the spatula to move the steam release valve; carefully remove lid, allowing steam to escape away from you
  5. Top with raspberries and chopped pecans
