What You'll Need

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

What To Do
  1. Add oil to the BELLA Electric Skillet and preheat to 400˚F about 5 minutes before cooking.
  2. Meanwhile, in bowl, stir together honey, chili paste, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and garlic until blended; set aside.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper; toss with cornstarch until well coated. In two batches, cook chicken in skillet, turning, for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until golden brown all over and cooked through.
  4. Drizzle honey mixture over chicken and toss to coat. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.

Tip: Substitute sriracha hot sauce or garlic chili paste for Korean chili paste if desired.
