Slow Cooker Strawberry Jam
What You'll Need
- 8 cups sliced fresh Strawberries
- 2 boxes (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
What To Do
- Place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir until well coated with sugar.
- Set the slow cooker for 5 hours on high. Store the jam in clean glass jars.
