Toasted Pound Cake Trifle
What You'll Need
- 4 slices frozen pound cake
- 1 cup assorted fresh berries
- 1 cup whipped cream
What To Do
- Defrost the pound cake on the defrost setting.
- Then lightly toast the cake until golden.
- Cut each slice into 1-inch cubes.
- Divide the cake between two glasses.
- Top each serving with the berries and whipped cream.
- Sprinkle the top of each serving with some ground nutmeg.
