  • 4 slices frozen pound cake
  • 1 cup assorted fresh berries
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • nutmeg
What To Do
  1. Defrost the pound cake on the defrost setting.
  2. Then lightly toast the cake until golden.
  3. Cut each slice into 1-inch cubes.
  4. Divide the cake between two glasses.
  5. Top each serving with the berries and whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle the top of each serving with some ground nutmeg.
